The outdoor reception opens from 15 May, 7:00 to 20:00; on other days you will find the desk inside the restaurant. Our advice is free. Transport, tastings, entrance tickets, guides and other third-party services may cost extra.
Our customers come first. Our hospitality is open to everyone.
You do not need to be a La Prora customer to come to reception for information and the services available. When we are busy, priority goes to guests using our breakfast, restaurant, aperitifs, beach, pools or accommodation.
